Norfolk Southern
Corp. has installed TESI Center Systems in 82 of their switching yards
to capture emergency leaking cargos enroute. Other railroads, among them
Canadian Pacific Railway, and CSX. BNSF have adopted similar arrangements
on a limited scale.
